The centerpiece is a 1.55ct pink sapphire from Madagascar, hand-cut by Johnny in his exclusive Rough Luxe technique—partially faceted to showcase the stone's natural beauty while adding refined sparkle. Twelve champagne diamonds frame the center stone in 18k yellow gold, creating a striking contrast of raw elegance and polished luxury. 

Stones: Center (Faceted by Johnny): 1.55ct Pink Rough Luxe Sapphire (Madagascar origin), Sides: Twelve 1.5-2.5mm Champagne Diamonds (.45tcw total)
