Collection: PIEDRAFUEGO

Piedra Fuego means literally “fire stone” – honoring the transformation of matter, the meeting of the human hand with terrestrial resources, and the subsequent dialogue between maker and materials. PIEDRAFUEGO is inspired by Luis Barragán, day of the dead, the desert, the poetry of Octavio Paz, the abandoned temples, Yohji Yamamoto, the first rains, WU LYF, volcanoes, mezcal, the smell of a kitchen, gold, hands hardened by work, Wong Kar Wai, and savage detectives.

In addition to hand-hewn stone and ceramic planters, the studio also develops architecture and interior design projects. The PF studio was launched in 2013, and resides in Lafayette, Guadalajara.
