JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a great understanding of the fine jewelry world and a strong background in retail sales.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of retail experience within the fine jewelry industry. A high attention to detail is a must and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a sales position, but requires a specific skill set of one-on-one customer service along with an in-depth fine jewelry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have the capability of functioning in a tight knit workplace. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and on a team and must be a self-starter. This is an in-store position with a starting pay range of $26 - $28 per hour depending on experience, plus sales floor commission.

OAKLAND BENCH JEWELER: FULL TIME
JOB SUMMARY
ESQUELETO is searching for a full-time, in-house bench jeweler for production and repair work. This is an in-person position, located in downtown Oakland. Please see the snippet job description and requirements below.
DAY-TO-DAY
+ Assist in production duties including fabrication, polishing, casting cleaning, stone setting and repairs
+ Serve as the point of quality control to ensure all jobs leaving the studio meet our quality standards
+ Work with production manager to fulfill orders, including picking, production, packing, and shipping
Prospective candidates must demonstrate proficiency in:
-soldering gold and silver
-casting cleaning for production and one-of-a-kind designs
-chain repairs
-ring sizing, re-shanking, and various fine jewelry repairs
-stone setting
-laser welding
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5-7 years of jewelry production and bench experience. Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail are a must. This position marries bench skills and technical execution, the ideal candidate must be able to do both.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
+ Proficiency in basic jewelry production skills (stone setting, polishing, soldering, laser welding, more...)
+ Proficiency in fine jewelry repair work (resizing, reshanking, chain repairs, more...
+ Proficiency in laser welding
+ A commitment to using all bench tools safely
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Self motivated, meticulous, and able to work-in with a small, established team of jewelers
PAY RANGE:$36-$42/hour

ESQUELETO is seeking a senior-level Paid Media & Performance Marketing Contractor to own and scale paid digital acquisition for our luxury jewelry e-commerce business.
What You’ll Own:
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max for Shopping, Local)
• Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
• Paid media budgets
• Attribution and reporting aligned to audience conversion window
• Gradual, performance-based budget scaling
Goals:
• Grow online revenue according to established performance metrics
• Maintain target ROAS while scaling spend
• Preserve luxury brand positioning (no discount-driven strategies)
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years managing paid media for e-commerce brands
• Strong experience with high-ticket products and long consideration cycles
• Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube & Display and more... with proven proficiency in digital asset optimization
• Comfortable operating autonomously as a 1099 contractor
• Daily account maintenance
