Brimming with beauty and symbolism, this matte gold Makiko Wakita necklace is handcrafted from the cast of a desk seal intaglio dating from the 1800s. Seven white diamonds adorn a vine wrapped oak tree, symbolic of firmly rooted strength and everlasting love. Framing the piece are the French words, “Je meurs ou je m’attache” (I die where I attach)…in other words: till death do us part.
