    Total Eclipse

    A black shadow obscures a golden sun in this week’s darkly decadent stack. Anthony Lent’s 18k gold skulls form an eternal circle at our stack’s base, topped with a wide, textured gold band set with a single black diamond by Johnny Ninos. The Absolute band by Satomi Kawakita is a total blackout, with blackened rhodium placed behind the dark diamonds. Next is Lauren Wolf’s 18k gold band, flush-set with even more shadowy stones. Then the our eclipse reaches totality: a smooth black onyx set in a thick gold signet-style band, with radiating engravings at the edge like a solar corona, by Maiden Voyage Jewelry.
