ODILE

ODILE
This week’s seductive and beguiling stack is inspired by that most famous of back swans, Odile. We start with two gorgeous golden rings, each with deep, dark accents: Todd Pownell’s watery-textured 18k gold band studded with inverted diamonds in a black crevasse, and Satomi Kawakita’s delicate ring with five champagne diamonds, dancing atop a darkened gold band. A gleaming 18k gold band by Lauren Wolf is set with tiny inverted black diamonds, like little cygnets all in a row. Finally, the showstopping performance, Todd’s triple white diamond ring, with its 1.57 carats of diamonds set “en pointe” in blackened white gold prongs.
