This week’s stack takes our fav old gold (and platinum, and silver) and styles these classically enduring pieces into a fresh, modern look – the ring stack. We start stacking with the Georgian period, a stunning seven diamond band set in silver with a gold shank, then moving on up to a MCM masterpiece, a modern composition of mixed cut diamonds set in sleek platinum. We add on an antique extra-wide 22k gold band, its surface gently patinaed with many generations of wear (and ready for many more!). Then we top off this truly ageless stack with an Atomic Age star, a three-quarter carat rose cut diamond couched in a silver setting with platinum shoulders on a 14k gold band, circa 1950. What is old is new again with these timeless treasures!
