July Picks: The Modernist

  • bamboo_ring
Ursa Major Rose Gold Bamboo Ring God, I love this ring. What is it about the combo of rose gold and bamboo that just makes me swoon? I don’t wear a lot of color or patterns, so this ring offers up the perfect amount of tropical pop to put me in a warm weather mood.

  • Cat BatesCat Bates Silver Pelican Clip Bracelet What is it about this bracelet (which can be worn as a rad necklace, too) that makes me feel like I’m drinking cheap beer with Jimmy Buffet on a fishing boat off the coast of Key West? It’s a casual piece of luxury that I could easily see myself- or my man- wearing all summer long.

  • aesa necklaceAESA Infinite Horizons Necklace This is a great throw-on-over-your-head necklace to pair with a simple flow-y dress or shirt (basically my uniform). The abstract, sculptural design of the bronze bar gives me a very Deco-futuristic vibe—always a good thing, I’d say.

  • flat_ringFlat Silver Diamond Ring Satomi can do no wrong. In the summer I like to mix larger silver pieces with my dainty gold. With its flat hammered face, thin gold setting, and super sparkly diamond, this ring straddles the line between delicate and statement ring in a way that pulls it all together.

  • disk_sapphireCrystal Disc Studs with White Sapphires These studs do all the right things for the face, and the gold puddles up around the white sapphires in the most heavenly way. They have the right amount of understated glamor for a super special occasion, but they’re so organic and comfy that I would happily (very happily!) throw them on for day-to-day as well.
