Philadelphia-based designer Teresa Kahres studied jewelry and metal smithing in upstate New York. Pursuing a career in jewelry, she went on to work for fine jewelers in NYC. Her eponymous line, T. KAHRES JEWELRY, is a melding of her artistic background and fine jewelry skill set consisting of pieces that are organic, yet timeless. Her jewelry is heavily inspired by the places she's lived and traveled to whether it's the mountains and oceans abroad or the skyline of NYC. Influenced by her love of nature, Teresa uses recycled metal and conflict-free stones throughout her line to support sustainable fashion.
